Your privacy is highly important for us and we will always use your personal information only for the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy. As used in this Privacy Policy, "Grow Together", “we”, “us” or “our”, “ours” refers to Grow Together LLC and all of its subsidiaries. This Privacy Policy governs your use of www.babyntel.com (further “site”, “website”). “Service” refers to any educational, advisory and other services rendered in the frame of the Website.

By using the Website, you specifically consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information (including personal information) in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We receive and/or you may be asked to provide your information (including personal information) any time you are in contact with us or use the Service. As described in greater detail below, we share your information (including personal information) with third party partners (as defined below) and use it in ways consistent with this Privacy Policy. We may also use your information (including personal information) together with other information to provide and improve products, services and content.

1. Information we collect and how we use it

Delivering Services: When you register on our site or related courses as a student or subscriber (“student”), as part of the registration process we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address. Depending on the type of service you use we may further also collect/process other personal information if rendering of the service is not possible without this data. If you do not agree to share other personal data, please do not use the service.

We may collect/process: your personal details (e.g., your name, username or log in details; password; your due date; information provided in response to quizzes or surveys or to use certain health-related programs, such as supporting healthy pregnancies); demographic data (e.g., your age, gender/date of birth); your contact details (e.g., your email address, your location); records of your consents; purchase details; information about your interactions with our content or advertising.

We may also Process information about you from your use of our Services (e.g., the type of device etc.), including your interactions with content and advertising on the Services.


To the extent that information we collect is health data or another special category of personal data subject to GDPR, we ask for your explicit consent to process the data

We may send you emails about our site and related course(s), registration, course content, your course progress or other updates. We may also use your email to inform you about changes to the course, survey you about your usage, or collect your opinion.

We may Process your User Information where: you have given your consent; the Processing is necessary for a contract between you and us; the Processing is required by applicable law; the Processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of any individual; or where we have a valid legitimate interest in the Processing.

Except as otherwise noted in this Privacy Policy, Grow Together LLC is a data controller (as that term is used under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), which means that we decide how and why the information you provide to us is processed

2. How the consent is provided

When you provide us with personal information to become a student on our site, subscribe to our weekly newsletter, participate in our online meetings, make a purchase, participate in the course or use other services, you imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you explicitly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at [email protected] .

We may disclose your User Information to: legal and regulatory authorities; our external advisors; parties processsing User Information on our behalf (“Processors)  any party as necessary in connection with legal proceedings; any party as necessary for investigating, detecting or preventing criminal offences; any purchaser of our business; and any third party providers of advertising, plugins or content used on the Services. 

4. Thinkific

Our course and site is hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). They provide us with the online course creation platform that allows us to share our product/services to you.

Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Donations:

If you make a donation on our site, we use a third-party payment processor such as Stripe or Paypal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site and related courses and its service providers.

5. Third Party Services

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Once you leave our course website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

If our site or course is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to serve you.
